1. BACHELOR IN PHARMACY (B.PHARM) - Intake 60 Seats (30 Government Seats & 30 Management Seats)
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or examination recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Biology / Mathematics /Biotechnology / Computer Science separately and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics/Biotechnology/Computer Science put together are eligible. Candidate from National Open School are not eligible to apply for the course.
DURATION OF THE COURSE
The course study for the B.Pharm shall extend over a period of four years ( 8 Semesters).
2. DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY (D.PHARMACY) - Intake 60 Seats (30 Government Seats & 30 Management Seats)
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
A candidate who has passed the higher secondary examination of the Kerala state with physics, chemistry and biology/mathematics as optional subject and equivalent are eligible to apply.
V.H.S.C. Of Kerala from 1994-1995 session with a group A and B only are considered as equivalent examination for admission to D.Pharm course. Group A: NCERT Syllabus in physics. Chemistry and mathematics Group B: NCERT syllabus in physics. Chemistry and Biology.
DURATION OF THE COURSE
The course study for the D.Pharm shall extend over a period of two academic years with each academic year spreads over a period of not less than 180 working days in addition to 500 hours of practical training spreads over a period of not less than 3 months.
