ADMISSION

BACHELOR IN PHARMACY (B.PHARM)

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

  • Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or examination recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Biology / Mathematics /Biotechnology / Computer Science separately and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics/Biotechnology/Computer Science put together are eligible. Candidate from National Open School are not eligible to apply for the course.

  • DURATION OF THE COURSE
  • The course study for the B.Pharm shall extend over a period of four years ( 8 Semesters).
  • DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY (D.PHARM)

      ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

    • A candidate who has passed the higher secondary examination of the Kerala state with physics, chemistry and b biology/mathematics as optional subject and equivalent are eligible to apply.

    • V.H.S.C. Of Kerala from 1994-1995 session with a group A and B only are considered as equivalent examination for admission to D.Pharm course. Group A: NCERT Syllabus in physics. Chemistry and mathematics Group B: NCERT syllabus in physics. Chemistry and biology.
    • DURATION OF THE COURSE
    • The course study for the D.Pharm shall extend over a period of two academic years with each academic year spreads over a period of not less than 180 working days in addition to 500 hours of practical training spreads over a period of not less than 3 months.
